Here’s a step-by-step guide to placing an order for a predecorated product on Altacolor.com. This article will tell you what information you’ll need when you place an order.

First, select your product. Choose the size and colour, if applicable and click “Add To Cart”:

Next, a box will pop up giving you the option to continue shopping or checkout. For this illustration, we’ll checkout.

The next screen lets you confirm the product selection and enter a discount code if applicable. Click “CHECKOUT” if all okay.

Enter the required billing address information on the next page. Be sure to read and accept Altacolor’s Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy by ticking the boxes next to those links.

Scroll down – if the shipping address is the same as the billing address, click the “Proceed To Shipping Methods” button at the bottom. Otherwise, click “Separate shipping address” and enter the details. When complete, click “Proceed To Shipping Methods”.

From this page, select the desired shipping method. Affiliate options may be different that what’s shown, but the idea is the same. Anything in the “Notes” section will be visible to the Altacolor production team. When done, click “Proceed To Payment Method”.

Enter payment details on this page. Altacolor securely accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.

This is the confirmation page that allows you to check all details before committing your order. After you confirm by clicking “Confirm Your Order”, you’ll get an email confirming the details and your order goes directly into Altacolor’s scheduling queue.
